    "I was referred to Scott by a mutual friend who is also a former client of Scott's. I was a first time buyer and it was my first attempt to get into the real estate market. I had been a renter for 15 years. I was really impressed with Scott's approach from our first meeting and my opinion didn't change during the several months it took for me to find a place.

    Scott put in a lot of up-front work to make sure he knew exactly what I was looking for. He provided me with a detailed analysis of what was available based on my preferences and price range. All of this was well before I saw my first open house. Scott and I saw about 20 houses together - there were a lot of houses I saw online that I liked, until I saw them in person.
